New Old Stock 6" Wide Stiff Boning Knife Carbon Steel USA 1950 60s Agricultural washi (traditional Japanese paper) and KONO SU 240 GYU BLND washi (traditional Japanese paper) and the seeds of Ume plum The ebony handle and aluminum ferrule were also old stock 10 5 8" overall 4 Carbon steel and beech boning knife likely from the 1950s or 60s possibly made by Columbia Cutlery co these look a lot like the Foster Bros pattern
